Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and determine business requirements and define processes, including clarification on any requirement discrepancies.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity and assist management with decision making.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to new processes, functionalities, and/or proposed solutions.
- Process all Production Support Requests by receiving defect reports and cross-referencing the defect with the business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Validation: Gathers and verifies large datasets from multiple sources, including SKPI dashboards, Genesys contact center data, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and workforce management systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Workforce Analytics: Analyzes workforce data to monitor scheduling, adherence, and productivity; identifies trends and develops recommendations to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Applies statistical and analytical techniques to identify performance gaps; develops dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Uses data-driven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to evaluate workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
- SDLC & Project Support: Provides analytical input throughout the system development lifecycle; ensures data-driven decision-making in project planning and execution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintains accurate documentation of processes, data models, and analytical findings; ensures compliance with CDC standards and federal guidelines.

- SKPI – Performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Genesys – Contact center analytics and operational data
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Data integration and reporting
- Workforce Management Systems – Scheduling, adherence, and productivity tracking
- Power BI / Tableau – Data visualization and dashboard development
- SAS, R, Python – Advanced statistical analysis and modeling
This position requires the use of your own personal computer or laptop during the training period (tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not permitted). Once training is complete, the program will provide the required equipment.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
- Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
- Personal computer or laptop (Chromebooks, tablets, and notebooks are not allowed) with one of the following operating systems: Windows: 10 or 11 or Mac: Big Sur (11.0.1+), Catalina (10.15), or Monterey (12.3)
- Private and secure work area and adequate power source
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
